As a qualified and experienced gardener, you will work in pairs to look after private and communal gardens. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be considered for the position of team leader.

You hold a vocational training certificate (CAP in French) or a vocational training diploma (BP in French) in landscape gardening. You have at least 2 years of experience and a sound knowledge of green spaces, plants, tree and shrub pruning, watering systems, and you’re committed to following the best practices in landscaping! GARDENER AND LANDSCAPING TEAM LEADER (M/F)

TREE PRUNER (M/F)

As a qualified and experienced tree pruner, you will work as part of a team to prune and treat trees in private and communal gardens. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be considered for the position of team leader.

You hold a tree pruning qualification (French CS) or have undergone full tree-climbing training. You have at least 4 years of experience and sound knowledge of pruning at height, felling, tree pruning, aesthetic pruning of palms, and you’re committed to following the best practices in landscaping! Pool Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Contract: Full-time permanent contract – 40h/week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: €2,000 to €2,200 gross per month + bonuses and benefits.

Worksite: Frequent travel.

Candidate Profile

You enjoy working outdoors, are dynamic, meticulous, and have strong customer service skills.

Experience in pool maintenance or general maintenance is a plus, but motivation and a willingness to learn are the key qualities we value most.

Main Duties

You will participate in all landscape maintenance work on private estates, residential complexes, and prestigious properties. Your tasks will include:

Pruning, trimming, clearing brush.
Maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, hedges, and shrubs.
Applying phytosanitary treatments (with Certiphyto certification).
Monitoring and ensuring the health of plants.
Soil preparation (earthworks, drainage, weed control).
Planting, seeding, turf installation.
Installing landscape masonry elements (borders, low walls, paving).
Installing irrigation or lighting systems.

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Valid driving licence (Category B).

Training: CAP, BEP, BAC, BTS level or equivalent professional experience.

Assets:

BE licence (trailer).
Certiphyto certification.

Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of landscaping.
Basic computer skills: Office suite and SPOCK (management software).

Holder of the CS Arborist-Climber certification (mandatory).

Significant experience as a climbing arborist or as an arborist who has moved into supervisory roles.
Excellent knowledge of pruning, climbing techniques, and safety rules.
Strong skills in site management and team leadership.
Rigorous, responsible, autonomous, and able to bring people together.
Driving licence B required; BE licence, CACES, Certiphyto, and certifications or training related to palm weevil control / tree pests and diseases are a plus.
Desired training: CAP / BEP / BAC / BTS in Landscaping.
